About Me!
For those that are unaware of the purpose of this website, I am Tim Strickland and I am an 8th grade science teacher at Collierville Middle School. We are a part of the Shelby County School System in Shelby County Tennessee.
I have been teaching at Collierville Middle School since 2001. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin where I received a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a certification in Earth and Space Science. I graduated Magna Cum Laude for both my bachelor degrees. I finished my Master of Science in Geosciences from Mississippi State University with a 4.00 GPA. I am currently seeking another Master’s degree from the University of Memphis in administration and school leadership.
I am married and my wife Sara is a teacher at Sycamore Elementary School. She teaches 5th Grade. Our first child, Addison Brooke Strickland, was born on March 8, 2007. Our second child, Stone Alexander Strickland, was born on May 11, 2010. We are very excited about this new stage in our life.

hey Mr. Strickland its Adrienne ur tests are really hard and I think i’m going to fail this class but I know ur a really fun teacher who wil do lots of cool science lab activities
