Science: Today in class we discussed how to interpret graphs and which graph would be appropriate for a given set of data. Homework is to complete three graphs using the data tables given on the sheet.

Physical Science: Today we started talking about motion in class. Homework is to finish workbook pages. Chapter 2 Test is Friday.

Science: Today in class students completed chapter 1 chapter review and turned it in. Test is tomorrow.

Science: Today we wrapped up our discussion of chapter 1. I passed out the study guide for chapter 1. The study guide isn’t for a grade, however the study guide will be taken up for extra credit if the study guide is completed and turned in before the test. The test is Friday.

Physical Science: Today we took a test over chapter 1. Vocabulary for chapter 2 was assigned.

Science: We took a science lab safety quiz today. Homework is to read chapter 1 section 3 and 4. Test is Friday August 20th.

Physical Science: We took a science lab safety quiz today. We also reviewed the metric system. Test is Wednesday August 18th.

My curriculum night is Tuesday August 17th. It is different from the regular 8th grade curriculum night. Regular Science at 6:00 pm and Physical Science at 6:30 pm.
